Meet the Owner
Angie is a professional dog trainer in Mountain’s Edge. She is an accredited dog trainer in good standing with the IAABC. She proudly holds a certificate of completion of the Aggression in Dogs Master Course, and she is Certified in Canine Wilderness First Aid through Pet Emergency Academy. Angie has pursued her education in canine behavior for 20 years. She has an extensive history working with various species such as horses, cats, goats, chickens, and exotics; monitor lizards to tarantulas, but her absolute favorite has always been working with dogs.
For over 12 years, Angie has offered dog behavior consulting to dog owners with aggressive dogs, fearful dogs, and dog’s suffering from separation anxiety. Angie has stepped away from behavior consulting, but continues to uphold a commitment to working with those who are passionate about their dog’s ability to pursue work and sport oriented training. She is committed to helping teams fulfill their training goals in sport and real world environments.
She participates in NACSW with her dog Sparta, and has been learning to compete in ringsports, specifically, Mondioring. She plans to add an additional working dog to her home in 2027 to officially pursue and compete in Mondioring as well as work toward becoming an explosives detection dog team.
